1. Services
EmberTech Maintenance provides crematory maintenance, repair, and support services including but not limited to refractory repairs, electrical repairs, preventative maintenance inspections, emergency services, machine moves, and parts supply.
2. Service Agreements
All services are provided subject to a separate service agreement or quote. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified. Pricing may vary based on the scope of work, travel requirements, and materials needed.
3. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement or invoice. We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards. Late payments may be subject to additional fees.
4. Warranty
EmberTech Maintenance stands behind our work. Warranty coverage varies depending on the scope of work performed and whether EmberTech was engaged for the complete service.
Full Warranty Coverage
Our full warranty applies when EmberTech performs the complete installation, rebuild, or repair from start to finish. This includes services where EmberTech is responsible for the entire scope of work — for example, a full refractory reline, a complete electrical system repair, or a new equipment installation performed entirely by our team.
Limited Warranty Coverage
When EmberTech is called in to service, repair, or complete work originally performed by another contractor, warranty coverage may be limited. Because we cannot verify the quality of prior workmanship, materials used, or whether proper procedures were followed before our involvement, we can only warrant the specific work we perform — not the underlying installation or pre-existing conditions.
General Warranty Conditions
- Specific warranty terms, duration, and coverage will be outlined in your service agreement prior to work being performed.
- Warranty coverage requires that all post-service maintenance guidelines provided by EmberTech are followed.
- Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or work performed by third parties after our service.
- Equipment must be operated in accordance with manufacturer specifications for warranty to remain valid.
- Warranty claims must be reported to EmberTech within a reasonable timeframe of discovering the issue.

5. Limitation of Liability
EmberTech Maintenance shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
